S5E9 - RPG: Rooted in Trophy - Return to Welcome, A Playtest
Three strangers find themselves going to the remote town of Welcome for a variety of reasons, but who’s to say the town didn’t somehow call them there? A folk-horror scenario set in modern times and written for Trophy Dark rules, this episode was a playtest of a Designed for Trophy incursion written by Madelancholy. The character introduction was highlighted, as well as the end of Ring 2, continuing through remaining Rings 3, 4, and 5.

About
Trophy is a collection of collaborative storytelling games about doomed and desperate treasure-hunters entering a haunted forest that doesn’t want them there. The games explore the physical, mental, and emotional descent of the treasure-hunters as they move deeper and deeper into the forest, encountering ancient ruins, terrible monstrosities, and the greatest horror of all: themselves.
